How to scan a document to PDF with your phone

  1. Take or add photos

    Tap Take a photo (on a phone), or add pictures you already have. Add as many pages as you need.

  2. Straighten each page

    Drag the four corners to the edges of the paper. The result preview shows the straightened page.

  3. Choose a look

    Enhanced colour, black & white document, grayscale or original.

  4. Create the PDF

    Press Create PDF and save scan.pdf.

How do I scan a document to PDF with my phone?

Open this page on your phone, tap Take a photo, drag the corners to the paper's edges and press Create PDF.

Can I scan several pages into one PDF?

Yes. Add as many photos as you need (up to 50), reorder them, then create one PDF.

How do I straighten a tilted photo?

Drag the four corner handles to the corners of the paper. The page is corrected so it looks scanned flat.

Does it make the text searchable?

No. The PDF contains images of your pages; there is no text recognition (OCR) yet.
