Privacy Policy
Last updated
PdfDady (pdfdady.com) is designed so that your documents stay on your device. This page explains what that means in practice.
Your files stay in your browser
When you use a tool on PdfDady, your files are processed in your own browser. The site has no upload endpoint, and a Content-Security-Policy restricts network connections to the site's own origin, so the page cannot send your files elsewhere.
Your files are not stored by us and we cannot see them.
No storage of your files on your device
We do not save your files in localStorage or IndexedDB. Files live in your browser's memory only until you close the tab or start over.
Accounts and advertising
PdfDady has no accounts or sign-up, and it does not show advertising.
Analytics and cookies
At present, PdfDady uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.
If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, they will never receive file contents, file names or document data, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel processes standard request data, such as your IP address, user agent and the URL you request, in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Contacting us
If you write to us at hello@pdfdady.com, we will see your email address and the message you send, and we will use them only to reply. Please do not attach copies of ID documents.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
