Organize PDF pages

Put the pages of a PDF in the right order. Drag thumbnails into place, turn sideways pages, delete the ones you don't need and download the reorganised file.

1. Add a PDF

2. Organize

Drag a page by its handle, or use the arrows. Pages are copied as they are, so quality is unchanged and text stays selectable.

Add a PDF to organize its pages.

How to rearrange pages in a PDF

  1. Add your PDF

Choose one PDF, up to 100 MB. Every page appears as a thumbnail.

  2. Reorder the pages

Drag a page by its handle to a new position, or use the arrow buttons to move it one place earlier or later. Reverse order flips the whole document.

  3. Rotate or delete

Turn a page 90° with the rotate button, or remove it with the delete button. Reset brings back the original.

  4. Download

Save the result as organized.pdf. Your original file is not changed.

Frequently asked questions

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?

Add the PDF, drag each page by its handle to where it belongs (or use the arrow buttons), then download organized.pdf.

Can I delete pages while reordering?

Yes. Use the delete button on a page. If you only need to delete pages, the Remove PDF pages tool lets you pick them by number too.

Can I rotate a single page?

Yes. The rotate button turns that page 90° clockwise each time you press it. To rotate every page at once, use Rotate PDF.

Does reordering reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.

Will bookmarks still work?

Not after reordering. The pages are copied into a new document, and bookmarks, form fields and the table of contents are not carried over. Page links may also stop working.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Drag a page by its handle with your finger, or tap the arrow buttons to move it one place at a time.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Your PDF is read and rebuilt in your browser. It is not uploaded.
