Fill PDF forms online

Fill in an application, KYC or registration form that came as a fillable PDF — no printing, no Adobe account. Type straight onto the page, check your answers and save.

1. Add a PDF form and fill it in

2. Save

Add a PDF form to fill in.

Form scripts don't run here, so automatic totals, date pickers and checks won't work — fill those fields yourself. Need to add a signature? Use Sign PDF after saving.

How to fill a PDF form

  1. Add the PDF form

Choose a fillable PDF, up to 100 MB. Its fields are found and shown on the page.

  2. Fill in the fields

Type in text boxes, tick checkboxes, choose radio buttons and dropdown options — on the page, or as a simple list on a phone.

  3. Flatten (optional)

Tick Flatten after filling to make the answers part of the page.

  4. Download

Save filled-form.pdf. Add a signature with Sign PDF if the form needs one.

What you can do with this tool

  • Type right on the page

Inputs sit exactly over the form's own boxes, also on rotated pages.

  • All common field types

Text, multi-line text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and lists.

  • List view for phones

Fill every field in a simple, labelled list.

  • Hindi and other languages

Non-Latin answers are saved in the form for the PDF viewer to draw; Adobe Acrobat Reader does, some phone apps may not.

  • Flatten when done

Optionally fix the answers so they can't be changed.

  • Stays on your device

Your form and answers are not uploaded. Free, no sign-up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fill a PDF form without Adobe Acrobat?

Yes. Add the PDF here, type into its fields and download the filled copy. No Adobe account or app is needed.

Is my PDF uploaded when I fill it?

No. The form is read and filled in your browser; the file and your answers stay on your device.

Why can't I type in my PDF?

It probably has no form fields — it's a flat or scanned page. Use the text tool in Sign PDF to type anywhere on it.

What's the difference between saving and flattening?

A saved form can still be edited. Flattening makes the answers part of the page so they can't be changed; keep an unflattened copy in case.

Can I fill bank, KYC or government PDF forms?

If the PDF has fillable fields, yes. Some government and tax forms use XFA, which browsers can't fill; you'll be told if so. Check the form's own instructions on how to submit it.

Why don't some fields calculate or show a date picker?

Form scripts don't run here, so automatic totals, date pickers and validation won't work. Type those values yourself.

Can I type in Hindi?

Yes, the answer is saved in the form, and viewers that draw form fields themselves, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, show it. Some phone and preview apps may show such fields empty, so check the file before sending it. Forms with non-Latin answers can't be flattened here.
