Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a PDF to PNG?

Add the PDF, choose the pages and resolution, press Convert and download the PNG (or a ZIP for several pages).

PNG or JPG: which should I choose?

PNG for documents, text, diagrams and screenshots: it stays sharp, but files are larger. JPG for photos or when the file must be small, such as on upload forms.

How do I get a high-resolution PNG?

Choose 300 DPI. Each page is then about 2,480 × 3,508 pixels for A4.

Can I convert only one page?

Yes. Tap Select, choose the page and convert. You'll get a single PNG file.

Will the PNG have a transparent background?

No. Pages are rendered on white, the way they look in a PDF viewer.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are rendered to images in your browser and the file is not uploaded.
